In addition to her AD position, Kristin teaches HDEV 105: College Students in transition and Partners in the Process, an online course for parents of first year college students. She holds her M.Ed in College Student Development/Higher Education from Springfield College and her B.A. in Biology and Spanish from Assumption College. Meghan Hinkley-Forcier, Resident Director of Bingham Hall
Hi! My name is Meghan, and I am the Resident Director of Bingham Hall. Although this is my first year in Newing College, it isn’t my first year at Binghamton University! Before I took on the exciting opportunity of opening the newest residence hall on campus, I was an RD in College-in-the-Woods for two years. I grew up in Western New York, about an hour south of Buffalo. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Oneonta State and my Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University. When I’m not interacting with residents, attending programs, or working with my fabulous RA staff, I enjoy reading, playing music, spending time with my husband Nick (who also works at BU!) and traveling to visit family. I love working and living in Newing College, because of all the great things happening here!
Gina Juriga, Assistant Resident Director of Bingham Hall
Hi there! I am the Assistant Resident Director (ARD) for Binham Hall! I am also currently a graduate student here at Binghamton University. I am entering my second and final year in my program, which is the Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration. Not only do I absolutely love working with all of the staff (or, should I say, my second family) in Residential Life, but I particularly love how I get to connect with and build relationships with the residents of Bingham. I am looking forward to the rest of the year in Bingham Hall!
Becky Janes, Resident Director of Chenango Hall
This is my third year as the Resident Director of Chenango Hall. I am originally from Michigan. There I received a B.A. from Grand Valley State University. I also have my Master's of Science in Education from Illinois State University. I love working in Newing College. The students here are driven and full of Newing Pride. In my spare time I enjoy traveling and visiting both my friends and family.
Julian Quiterio, Resident Director of Delaware Hall
While this is my second year at Binghamton University, this is my first year experiencing Newing College. I am originally from Queens in New York City, and received my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Art History from Stony Brook University. I’ve lived in New York State my entire life, so I figured… why not move to Binghamton?! Since my time here in Binghamton, I have really connected with the community and enjoy everything that I do that involves the students. I have a particular interest in academic and career counseling, but also love to help our students in any other way that I can. On a side note, I am heavily into gadgets and electronics, and have a passion for science fiction, fantasy, and video games. Hope to see you all throughout our community!
Andrew Fuller, Resident Director of Endicott Hall
This is my first year at Binghamton University and I am very excited to be a part of Newing College! I grew up in Missouri near St. Louis and attended Missouri State University in Springfield, where I received my Bachelor of Music Education in Vocal Music and my Master of Science in Student Affairs. I continue to be an active musician by singing in the Binghamton University Chorus. I love working with the wonderful residents of Newing College!
