Each college/community is overseen by an Assistant Director or Community Director. In the traditional residential areas, The Assistant Directors supervise Resident Directors (RDs). RDs are full-time professionals who live in the residence hall. The Resident Directors ensure that the residence hall fosters a comfortable living/learning atmosphere for the residents living in their hall. Each floor of the halls have Resident Assistants who are there to assist residents and provide educational and social opportunities. The apartment communities have Community Directors who oversee the complexes and supervise the Resident Assistants, who assist the residents and provide them with various educational and social opportunities.
